Game Night Stats: Feb 2026

February was even less frequent than January.. This month we only had 1 game night in the whole month, but it was also my birthday so I did cancel the other game night we would’ve had because I was out of town… As you may notice, this month we haven’t played any games that I got for Christmas, which is kind of a bummer, but there’s only so much that can be played in 1 session.

When Did Game Night Happen?

In February, we only had game night on 2/13…

Who Showed Up?

While we did only have one game night, only 1 person missed it. On 2/13 A, D, E, JC, and I were all present, though to be fair I’m always present since I host (lol).

Games Played

Even though we only had one game night, we played almost as many games as we did in January and we technically had more plays total.

Deep Sea Adventure

We played this game 3 times back to back, and honestly could’ve played even more. I really like that this game is (hoodie) pocket size and you can easily play it at a restaurant.

I won 2 of the games and D won the other game.

Side Effects

My group also really enjoyed this game. We played this game twice during this session, and I look forward to playing again. We’ve considered getting the expansion and possibly creating our own cards.

S’quarrels

That being said, my group and I were not really a fan. I’m not sure if I just liked this game because I was a child or what, but it’s not nearly as good as I remember. I would honestly just rather just play go fish…

D won the only round we played.

I think is one of our highest rated games.

Side Effects – 7.4/10

I can’t really say why JC didn’t like this game, since he seems to talk highly (ish) of it now…

S’quarrels – 5.2/10

I can’t say how long this game will stay in my collection…
